Refunds, Cancellations & Delivery

This policy summarizes cancellations, returns, refunds, storage, and delivery for purchases from Elevate Appliance Studio Austin, LLC. Because luxury appliances are ordered from manufacturers specifically for each project, our policies reflect the special-order nature of these products. These provisions mirror the Sales Agreement Terms provided with every quotation.
Cancellations & Deposits
- A deposit is required to initiate orders.
- Deposits are refundable until the manufacturer ships the product; thereafter, they are non-refundable.
Returns
- Products removed from factory packaging are non-returnable. Returns are only possible for products that are brand new, unopened, and in original factory packaging.
- Unopened returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Special and made-to-order items are final sale.
- All returns require prior written authorization from Elevate Appliance Studio.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds on eligible unopened returns are issued net of the 30% restocking fee. The 3% credit card fee is non-refundable.
Storage
- We provide 30 days of complimentary storage. Extended storage may incur monthly fees.
- Elevate Appliance Studio retains ownership and risk of loss while product remains in its warehouse. Ownership and risk transfer to the purchaser upon pickup or delivery.
Delivery & Lead Times
- Stated lead times are estimates and subject to manufacturer schedules. Current estimates are provided with every quotation.
- We coordinate delivery scheduling with your project team. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including manufacturer delays and supply chain disruptions.
- Please inspect products at delivery and note any visible damage with the delivery team at the time of receipt.
Billing Questions
If you have any concern with a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute — we resolve billing questions within one business day. Charges appear under the name Elevate Appliance Studio.
